Maya's Selections

This is our “Collector’s Series,” featuring wines worthy of being the foundation for any collection. Shipments usually contain one red and one white (we often ship two reds in winter months).

These wines are like Maya—impressive, witty and dry when young and even more alluring over time. Though ready to enjoy now, a touch of maturity brings out their full sensuality. But don’t lay them down right away! Taste the samples and then use your subscriber discount to order more of the wines you like—the best way to build a collection.

Maya on Wine:
I like to think about the life of wine, how it's a living thing...I love how wine continues to evolve, how every time I open a bottle it's going to taste different than if I had opened it any other day.

-From the Sideways screenplay by Alexander Payne & Jim Taylor,
based on the novel by Rex Pickett
